Everything you type or save is kept on your device, in the app’s own storage (in your browser’s storage on the website). We cannot see it.

This version of the DueBarn app sends nothing about you or your animals. If a later version counts anonymous usage, this page will say so first, and it will come with a switch to turn it off.

When you open a page of this website, the page counts the visit: the page’s address on this site, the name of the website that sent you (for example “google.com”, never the full address you came from), the campaign name a link carried (its utm_source), whether the browser is being driven by a script, and a random visitor number kept in your browser. It is not a cookie. The iPhone app sends none of this.

To leave out robots, our own test runs and our own visits, the website looks at your country and your internet address while the page loads, and stores neither. Visitor numbers are deleted after 30 days; after that only daily totals remain.

What you choose to send with the form on the Help page: your message and — only if you type it — an email address so we can answer you. We do not store the internet address it came from.

Website visitor numbers are deleted after 30 days. Messages you send us are deleted within 24 months of the last reply.

Deleting the app deletes everything it saved on your phone. On the website, clearing this site’s data in your browser deletes the visitor number.

To have a message you sent deleted, write to us through the Help page and tell us roughly when you sent it.

The app is made for adults who keep and breed animals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. We will never start using data in a new way without saying so here first.
